In this way, even if the contactor is out of control due to some factors, it will not cause an accident, so as to ensure the safe operation of the electric hoist. A series of problems must be solved at the same time:
　　1. Close the "entry" of electrical products, and purchase qualified electrical appliances (including contactors, control buttons, etc.) produced by designated factories to minimize the failure of lifting out of control caused by poor electrical components.
　　2. The electrical components of the electric hoist must be maintained regularly, especially the main contact of the contactor, the flameout and the control button, and the elimination of defects and hidden dangers in time.
　　3. Improve the structure of the hoisting coal hopper, and at the same time educate the operators to use electric hoists reasonably and avoid frequent lifting and switching to extend the service life of the contactor.
　　 In the event of an electric hoist lifting failure accident, if good measures and preventive methods are not taken, it will cause production accidents and even affect the continuity and stability of the full-length production. Therefore, it should be taken seriously.
